-Once shirt is out of my hands and with USPS, you will need to contact USPS with questions regarding your order.  If an item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. 

-There may be certain times when a shirt color may not sold out and I am unable to get it to my shop.  If this happens I will message you.  A different color can be chosen, we can wait until stock is replenished, or I can refund you fully for your order. We can decide together at that time!
